It all began in 1987 when Tino decided to follow his construction roots and worked hands on as a carpenter, concrete finisher and others in the residential, commercial and municipal sectors (including bridge and road work). In 1992 he enrolled himself in civil engineering program. In 1995 he graduated with a diploma in civil engineering technology. Since then he successfully filled positions as a site supervisor and project manager in different sectors of the construction industry.

Due to hard work and dedication to the field that he loves, he is now well respected amongst his peers. His attention to detail and concern for the appropriate administrative systems are skills required to effectively and efficiently control project costs and schedules. The ability to understand design, the goals and aspirations of the project architects and engineers, as well as, the owner's objectives of cost control and scheduling, provide a complimentary balance of skills. Therefore, resulting in the ability to direct the project team to deal with often conflicting issues of cost effectiveness and good design.
