14,000sq.ft Addition and Mezzanine

The Metropolitan Tea Company was in desperate need to relocate their corporate office as well as the warehouse operations. Their main concern was timing, needed to relocate within 4 months. Onit Construction  provided a turnkey to this client from procurement of design and engineering to total construction commissioning. A two storey 14,000sq.ft corporate office was built as well as warehouse alterations, within the timing set originaly without compromising quality. This valued client did not stop any production and the relocation was unbeliable.
